# Map aanmaken

In de module **Documenten** kun je een nieuwe map aanmaken. Klik links in het menu op 'Documenten'.

Klik op de ronde knop met het plusteken ![](/files/-MdRuvqqvLFXa3YKuGQW) rechts onder aan de pagina.

Je krijgt nu de keuze om een document of een map toe te voegen. Klik op map toevoegen.

Nu kun je de volgende gegevens invoeren.

* Naam map
* Map is alleen zichtbaar voor; selecteer hier de personen of rollen voor wie de map zichtbaar moet zijn.
* Rechten; hier kun je aangeven wie welke rechten heeft om de map te beheren

Indien je 'expliciete rechten' inschakelt, krijg je de mogelijkheid om aan te geven

* wie documenten en mappen in deze map mag toevoegen
* wie documenten of mappen in deze map kan wijzigen en verwijderen

Klik tenslotte op 'Opslaan' en de map wordt direct toegevoegd aan de module Documenten.
